Refund Policies

If you cancel credit card paid registration, appropriate amount will be reimbursed on the card you paid us with.

Credit card payments are processed by Payonline System service.

Conference Refund Policy

To cancel your conference registration, please send a message to registr@secrus.org.

If you cancel before October 1, you will be refunded full amount but 1300 RUB of administration fees.
You will be refunded 70% of full amount if cancel before October 15, and 50% if cancel before October 20.
No money will be returned if you cancel after October 20.

Refund Policy for the courses

If the registration is cancelled for any reason 21 days or moreprior to the course, the total amount paid will be refunded.

If the registration is cancelled for any reason more than 15 days but less than 21 days prior to the course, 30% of the total amount paid will be retained by CEE-SECR organizing committee.

If the registration is cancelled for any reason more than 10 days but less than 15 days prior to the course, 50% of the totalamount paid will be retained by CEE-SECR organizing committee.If the registration is cancelled for any reason less than 10 daysprior to the course, CEE-SECR organizing committee willretain the total amount paid.
