Applying Agile methodologies in corporate environment

Download presentation

In our presentation we would like to share our experience in deploying Agile methods in the environment of large and geographically distributed projects, combining and balancing new approaches with legacy corporate processes and overcoming traditional, “legacy” process thinking. In particular we will cover the following aspects and challenges we faced on our way to the agile world:

  • Fitting agile into the corporate product development framework (M-Gates)
  • Product Owner vs. internal customer or manager
  • Manager vs. Scrum Master
  • Self-organizing teams vs. established organization structure
  • Cross-functional teams vs. Roles
  • Distributed teams
