CEE-SECR 2011 Program Committee is formed

The Program Committee of the 7th Central and Eastern European Software Engineering Conference (CEE-SECR 2011) is formed. This year it includes representatives of such companies as IBM, Oracle, Russian Venture Company, HSE, Microsoft and many others.
