CEE SECR 2011 (2011.secrus.org) organizing committee is glad to announce that the conference will be held at the first Russian private tech incubator, the Digital October Center (digitaloctober.ru), located in a historical manufacturing building “Krasniy Oktyabr” (“Red October”).
