Сurrent situaion in software industry is shaped mostly by non-trivial economical situation and innovations needs, caused by incredibly high speed of technologies evolution. In such case even old-timers with great reputation, strong technological expertise and time-prooved development practices have to increase flexibility and become able to react on changes around them more rapid than ever before. Relatively common case when we need to switch on agile development approach in projects with long history. This speech is about possible issues with doing such exercise and the ways to resolve them.

Artem Vorobyev joined Deutsche Bank in 2010 as a Project Manager.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Artem worked for four years at Exigen Services in a variety of management roles within IT. He has strong experience in the project management especially using Agile techniques, experience in process improvement, experience in multicultural environment: CIS, Europe, US, China, India. In addition to that he has 10+ years in the area of software development (C++, Java).
Artem received an MA with Honors in Theoretical Physics. He is a certified Scrum Master.
