Dedicated technology SharePoint practice was created as an alternative to resource matrix method of resources distribution as well as to concentrate knowledge, experience, and best practices and obtain competitive advantage. Dedicated team is engaged mostly in SharePoint projects, it has specifically formulated criteria for employee selection, its own technological development strategy, internal procedures and regulations, as well as a separate infrastructure and its own technologies.

Bulat has got a five-year experience in Microsoft .NET platform development and a three-year experience in development of SharePoint 2007/2010-based solutions. He is Microsoft (MCPD) certified in SharePoint 2010.
