Kalanov Denis is the Director of development in recruiting company IT-Dominanta. He is an evangelist of IT recruiting. He has simultaneously finished physical and mathematical faculty and has received the diploma of the psychologist-teacher in 2004. He has started the recruiter career in 2005. Now he is working in the company IT-Dominanta since 2007. In 2008 he has graduated courses by speciality “strategic management” in International Bank Institute. In 2009 he has taken active part in start of the project “Review of the salaries of IT companies employees”. He has wide experience in the selection of IT/Telecom personnel field. In 2011 he became the author and the leader of 2 day trainings «Specificity of selection of the IT  personnel».
