То overcome the lack of software engineers in Saint Petersburg several software development companies decided to join their training centers to the new private educational institution “Saint Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Education”. It provides participants with learning system support, certification, PR and marketing and more. As for today, the leading local companies and R&D centers like EMC, Exigen Services, Lanit-Tercom, Softjoys joint to the project as a departments, others are still considering the idea. The project is open for new participants.
The project is launched by RUSSOFT, Association of Russian software development companies, and St.-Petersburg Chapter of American Chamber of Commerce with support of Saint-Petersburg City Administration.
