Download presentation

Software organizations are interested in qualified engineers and spare a great amount of time and money on growth of technical expertise and on technology sharing both internal and external. In the conditions of constant changes within organizations when programs are closed or opened requiring resource transfers, when rotation between the programs is welcomed, the organizations would like teams or newcomers start bring results in shorter time. Technology sharing is also important as there is a continuous technology development in software world. In the presentation I want to share experience of three centers (Russia, India and China) how to improve technical knowledge and share new technologies within a center and among the centers of one company.
